Delivery

Orders are dispatched the next working day. UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £40. We currently ship to UK addresses only; international destinations are coming.

Returns

Unopened rolls can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions, no restocking fee. Contact us for a returns reference before sending anything back.

If a roll arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage, whichever you prefer.

None of this affects your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
